Our resources are unmatched. Your property will be professionally photographed, posted to our social media pages, featured in our e- blasts seen by our thousands of subscribers. We will syndicate your property to an array of the top-visited online websites including, but not limited to: Zillow, HotPads, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, NextDoor, Trulia and more.
Comprehensive Community & Property Tours
No one else knows the Denver community inside and out like we do, and we take pride in providing an in-depth look at all that Denver has to offer. We will coordinate with interested parties and schedule a time to tour your property and the surrounding community.
Vetting the Tenant
When an interested party is ready to apply, we will collect pertinent information and produce detailed credit, criminal and eviction reports for your review and acceptance.
Lease Agreement Negotiations & Execution
After you have agreed that we have found you a qualified tenant, we will negotiate the terms of the lease and collect signatures from all parties. You may provide a lease that you prefer to utilize or we can provide options.
Collection of Damage Deposit & First Month’s Rent
We will release this to you immediately upon receipt and after successful execution of the lease by both parties.
Initial Walk Through & Key Release to Tenant on Lease Start Date
When all is said and done, we will welcome your tenant to their new home, conduct an initial walk through to make note of any damage or imperfections to the unit for your records and make sure they have all pertinent keys and information for move-in. We then provide a signed copy of the walk-through checklist to both the tenant and you helping to ensure you’re able to collect funds from their deposit should they cause any damage during their tenancy.

Service Fees
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty will collect 8.33% of the gross rent for the complete lease term which will not exceed an amount equivalent to one month’s rent and is no less than half month’s rent.
